I'm pleased to introduce two new arrivals from Hollick Estates, a privately owned boutique winery in Coonawarra, South Australia, now available in Manitoba:

Hollick is renowned for its terra rossa soils and estate-grown fruit, and these two offer excellent value for the Coonawarra region. The Chardonnay shows pale straw colour with honeydew, hazelnut, and vanilla notes, while the Cabernet Sauvignon offers cherry red colour with lifted cassis, mint, and spice, and a long, elegant finish.

Both wines are also earning strong recognition: the 2024 Chardonnay scored 90 points from Wine Orbit, and the 2022 Cabernet Sauvignon scored 90 points from Wine Orbit as well, following a 91-point rating from Natalie MacLean on the prior vintage. Hollick is also a member of Sustainable Winegrowing Australia, reflecting their commitment to responsible, estate-grown production.
