Nadia Quevedo of Quevedo Winery is coming to Winnipeg, and this special evening of food and wine pairings is sold out. Thank you to everyone who reserved a seat.

Join us on Thursday, October 22, from 6:30 to 8:30 PM at Calabria Market & Wine Store (139 Scurfield Blvd). Nadia will guide guests through the Quevedo wines and Ports, paired with a carefully selected menu. It's a chance to discover the character, tradition, and story behind one of Portugal's renowned family wineries, in the Douro Valley.

Welcome: Porto Tonico featuring Quevedo Rosé Port

• Quevedo Dry White Port, paired with Prosciutto Wrapped Melon Skewers

• Quevedo Bravo Branco, paired with Linguini con Vongole: classic Italian pasta with fresh clams, garlic, olive oil, white wine, and fresh parsley

• Quevedo Bravo Tinto, paired with Gourmet Roman Pizza: mild Calabria-made sausage, white onions, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers with tomato pizza sauce

• Quinta da Trovisca 10 Year Tawny Port, paired with Caramel Apple Crostata

• Quevedo Late Bottled Vintage 2018 Port, paired with Stilton Blue Cheese and Roasted Nuts
