COMPOSITION: 100% Sauvignon Blanc TASTING NOTES: This wine shows an attractive pale and clean yellow color with bright and translucent green hues. Its notes of citric and tropical fruits, and a touch of green pepper stand out. PAIRING: A very fresh and intense Sauvignon Blanc, with a great acidity. This makes it ideal as an aperitif or for pairing with fish and seafood. SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve ideally between 9ºC - 10ºC.
