COMPOSITION: 85% Carmenere TASTING NOTES: Of purple-red color, this Carmenere is a fresh and fruity wine that stands out for its notes of black fruits, such as blackberries, and its soft spicy hints. The round and sweet tannins, and its fresh mouth-feeling, make it a very balanced wine. PAIRING: It pairs well with all kinds of meats. SERVING TEMPERATURE: Serve ideally between 16ºC - 18ºC.
