Uncomplicated and unpretentious — just refreshing and versatile. This unoaked Chardonnay shows aromas of lemon zest and green apple alongside tropical and stone fruit notes of pineapple and white peaches. The palate is dry, clean, and pure, with a lingering crisp minerality on the finish. Very versatile, but perfect with fish, salads, sushi, and light cheese. Alcohol: 12.5%.
