A blend of Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Viognier, Wine of Origin Western Cape. Fairtrade certified.

Aromas of citrus blossom, guavas and yellow peach give way to a palate of tropical fruit balanced by a lingering citrus finish.

A versatile white that pairs particularly well with light summer dishes and fresh seafood.

Grapes harvested from carefully selected vineyards across the Western Cape, mostly southwest-facing slopes with sandy, red soils that retain moisture well. All parcels harvested at optimum ripeness and vinified separately, with some fruit given extended skin contact after an early-morning pick, then cold fermented and left on the fine lees until final blending. A small portion of the Chenin Blanc was fermented in oak barrels for added richness.
