Grape varieties: 50% Encruzado, 30% Bical, 10% Malvasia Fina, 10% Cercial Branco. Region: Dão, Portugal.

Crystalline. Citrine colour with greenish tones. Distinct aromatic intensity, predominantly tropical and exotic fruits, citrus blossom and nutty nuances. Fruity and fresh on the palate, with notable mouth volume and an elegant, lingering finish.

Vintage: 2019. Alcohol by Volume: 12.5%. Total acidity: 5.8 g/L. pH: 3.20. Residual sugar: 3.5 g/L. Bottle size: 750ml. Bottles per case: 6.

Winemaker: Osvaldo Amado. Total destemming, gentle pneumatic pressing, natural static clarification and alcoholic fermentation at 15°C, with 2 months of batonage in stainless steel. Aged at least 2 months in bottle.
